When your items are ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the shipping details and tracking number.
Once your order has been placed, we cannot allow new items to be added your order. Each order that you place will be treated as a separate package. Please do not ask us to combine the shipping on new orders with pending orders.
Domestic Orders:
Orders within the United States are shipped via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping and handling charges include both insurance for your item and tracking. Priority Mail shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days, although this timeframe is not guaranteed. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total cost of your order.
Expedited shipping within the United States is available for an additional charge. Your package will be shipped via USPS overnight Priority Express Mail. Please contact us about the availability of expedited shipping for your order, as we cannot guarantee that the order will be shipped the same day it is placed.
International Orders:
At this time we would prefer that international buyers please contact us before making a purchase. We will require an official acknowledgement by e-mail of our terms and conditions for international shipping and then issue an invoice with the appropriate shipping costs.
Shipping and handling charges for International orders include both insurance and tracking. Shipping and handling charges for international orders are based on your location and the size of the package.
International buyers will be solely responsible for all custom fees, duties, taxes, etc., incurred once the package reaches the destination country. We will not accept returns for packages because you do not want to pay the customs fees. No refunds will be issued for items returned from International Shipments without our prior authorization. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse further service to any customer who refuses a package due to customs fees.
