This cocktail-style top hat fastens securely to your head with a peacock blue elastic band and small metal comb. Cocktail Style Pillbox Hat East meets West in this unique cocktail pillbox hat. It has a taste of the Orient in lovely blue and gold silk brocade with color-coordinated enameled wooden chopsticks. Matching velvet ribbon around the crown, a velvet bow in the back, marabou feathers and a Swarovski crystal accent add a dash of Western flavor. The crown is lined in pale yellow taffeta.
