We're serving up a sweet little treat with our Crumpet button hats! Our “Crouching Dragon” version of our fascinator-style flat button hat is created  in red and black Asian brocade with a lotus motif and trimmed with a hand-painted red dragon, little black satin yoyo flowers, black scroll braid and a frog closure. This cocktail-style fascinator hat fastens securely to your head with the matching fabric-covered headband and small comb. This is a one-of-a-kind item and will not be made again. All of our cocktail hats are shipped in a signature Peacock Blue Design Studio hatbox for safe storage.
