Our jaunty mini "Cirque" top hat is made of black and white striped satin with a band of box-pleated black satin ribbon accented with white silk velvet ribbon. This Spotlight topper is trimmed with black silk millinery roses and ostrich plumes. This cocktail-style top hat fastens securely to your head with an elastic band and small metal comb.
All of our small hats are shipped in a signature Peacock Blue Design Studio hatbox for safe storage.
If you'd like a matching fabric-covered headband instead of an elastic band, you can purchase the Headband Add-On option. Please allow extra time for us to create and attach the matching headband if you purchase this option.
