You'll always take center stage you when you’re wearing our show-stopping Spotlight toppers! Our jaunty mini "Macabre" top hat is made of black and dark silver art nouveau skull brocade with a band of box-pleated black satin ribbon accented with dark silver silk velvet ribbon. This Spotlight topper is trimmed with black silk millinery roses and curled black peacock sword feathers. This cocktail-style top hat fastens securely to your head with a black elastic band and small metal comb.
All of our small hats are shipped in a signature Peacock Blue Design Studio hatbox for safe storage.
If you'd like a matching fabric-covered headband instead of an elastic band, you can purchase the Headband Add-On option. Please allow extra time for us to create and attach the matching headband if you purchase this option.

The cap of the Tickled Pink headpiece is embellished with an open filigree design of hand-applied decorator motifs in mauve-toned pink sequins and silver seed beads. The crest of the headpiece proudly displays hand-dyed ostrich plumes in shades of dark rose and mauve-toned pink with beaded and sequined embellishments that match the cap. We’ve lined the cap in soft rose colored felt.

The Seahorse Gray headpiece is crowned with grey and lavender ostrich plumage and beaded and sequined silver scroll motifs. The full-sized cap is covered with beaded and sequined silver scroll motifs and lavender Swarovski crystals.
