This cocktail-style top hat fastens securely to your head with a peacock blue elastic band and small metal comb. This unique wearable art couture braided headpiece is from our Treasures Of The Sea Collection, which was featured in the 2008 Convergence 14 fashion show.  The Coral Red headpiece is designed in pink braids  with faux red coral branches, red seashells, red faux pearls, red leaf sequins, and red Swarovski crystals. The matching china doll style wig is included for a complete look. While this piece includes a matching wig, we highly recommend that your natural hair length be enough to create a French braid to wear underneath. The saucer-shaped cap is covered in pink, red, green and yellow silk brocade with a fan motif and trimmed in bright red corded scroll braid. A glossy red hand-painted wooden fan is surrounded by pale pink vintage peony flowers in the back and accented with a pair of sassy red tassels with brass beads in the front.
