Our jaunty mini top hat is made of a vintage-inspired brocade of tan, peach, green, blue and brown tones with a band of cording in coordinating colors. This Spotlight topper is trimmed with a dark peach flower with hand-colored pips and peach colored vintage glycerinized ostrich feathers. This cocktail-style top hat fastens securely to your head with an elastic band and small comb.
If you'd like a matching fabric-covered headband instead of an elastic band, you can purchase the Headband Add-On option. Please allow extra time for us to create and attach the matching headband if you purchase this option.
