Our jaunty mini "Wonderland" top hat is made of black and white checkerboard satin with a band of box-pleated black satin ribbon accented with white silk velvet ribbon. This Spotlight topper is trimmed with black silk millinery roses and ostrich plumes. This cocktail-style top hat fastens securely to your head with an elastic band and small metal comb. All of our small hats are shipped in a signature Peacock Blue Design Studio hatbox for safe storage. If you'd like a matching fabric-covered headband instead of an elastic band, you can purchase the Headband Add-On option. This unique wearable art couture showgirl headpiece is from our Treasures Of The Sea Collection, which was featured in the 2008 Convergence 14 fashion show.  The Seahorse Gray headpiece is crowned with grey and lavender ostrich plumage and beaded and sequined silver scroll motifs. The full-sized cap is covered with beaded and sequined silver scroll motifs and lavender Swarovski crystals.
