The Loyal Fan version of this neckpiece is designed in pink, red, green and yellow silk brocade with a fan motif and trimmed in bright red corded scroll braid. The Loyal Fan is accented with ornate brass latches and a red tassel with a brass bead. Corset-style lacing with satin ribbons at the back of this piece helps accommodate a variety of sizes.
