This Spotlight topper is trimmed with an elaborate spray of black pheasant feathers and a miniature black dragon. This cocktail-style top hat fastens securely to your head with a peacock blue elastic band and small metal comb.
If you'd like a matching fabric-covered headband instead of an elastic band, you can purchase the Headband Add-On option. Please allow extra time for us to create and attach the matching headband if you purchase this option.
