Collection Customization
We can also customize any item that is currently available as part of the regular Peacock Blue Design Studio Collection to suit your individual needs.

Mixing and matching available colors for the same Collection item to create your own customized piece can be done at no additional cost. Simply make a note of the color changes in the comments section of your shopping bag during the checkout process. You may also call us or send us a message within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation number to request this customization. Requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.

We can also special order colors for certain materials to create your customized Collection item depending on availability. Special orders for other colors not already available may incur additional charges. Please submit a request for a cost quote if you are interested in customizing a Collection item in colors that are not already available.

You may also customize any Collection items with a request to remove certain elements, such as feathers or baubles, at no additional cost. Simply make a note of the requested elements to be removed in the comments section of your shopping bag during the checkout process. You may also call or send us a message within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation number to request this customization. Requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.

If you would like us to customize any Collection item in any other way, please submit a request for a customization cost quote. To help us prepare your cost quotation, please e-mail the following information to Peacock Blue Design Studio:

1. A detailed description about how you would like your Collection item customized, including but not limited to
a. name of Collection item
b. desired color
c. desired materials
2. Information about an outfit or event for which you may be ordering your customized Collection item
3. Your available budget for a customized Collection item, if applicable
4. Any deadlines by which you will need your customized Collection item

Customized Collection items usually require more time to produce than pieces from the regular Collection due to factors such as materials acquisition. Please take this into consideration when making your request and try to plan ahead whenever possible. In certain cases we may be able to rush your customized Collection order, but additional rush processing fees of up to 25% of the original cost quote may apply to cover shipping charges from suppliers.

Please note that Customized Collection request orders must be paid in full before we will begin ordering supplies and creating your item.
